You can delete your SIRR account at any time. Deletion is permanent after a 14-day grace period and removes your profile, messages, order history (beyond legally required tax records), wishlist, and any reports or blocks you created.
From inside the app
- Open SIRR and sign in.
- Go to Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm. Optionally tell us why. - Your account is signed out and queued for deletion in 14 days.
You can cancel any time before the 14-day window expires by signing back in and tapping Cancel deletion.
If you can't sign in
Email support@sirr.app from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify and process within 14 days.
What is kept
- Order, invoice, and tax records for the period required by applicable tax law (Saudi Arabia: 10 years; United States: 7 years).
- Anonymised security logs for fraud prevention.
- Content others sent to you may remain in their own copies until they delete it.
