These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SIRR application, web app, and Market storefront (the "Service"), operated by Mashooque Ali LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with principal office at 1910 Thomes Ave #2, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use SIRR. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity on your SIRR account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- No spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, or content that violates Saudi Anti-Cybercrime Law (2007) or any applicable law.
- No impersonation, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
- No commercial use of the chat side of SIRR without written permission.
- You retain ownership of content you post and grant SIRR a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service.
4. SIRR Market — Purchases
Products on SIRR Market are sold by SIRR (the default seller of record) or, where indicated on the listing, by independent third-party sellers ("Sellers") using SIRR as a marketplace platform. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) by default with VAT included where applicable. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. Stock and prices may change without notice; if an order cannot be fulfilled we will refund you in full.
4a. Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers
When a listing is sold by an independent Seller, that Seller — not SIRR — is the merchant of record for the transaction. SIRR provides the storefront, payment processing, and order pipeline but does not manufacture, inspect, or warrant Seller goods. Each Seller is responsible for the legality, accuracy, safety, and intellectual-property compliance of its listings; for honouring its returns and refund obligations under our Refund Policy; and for paying applicable taxes in its jurisdiction. SIRR may remove listings, suspend Seller accounts, withhold payouts, and cooperate with law-enforcement requests where listings violate these Terms, Google Play policies, or applicable law. You can flag any listing using the in-app Report tool; we review reports within a reasonable time and act as our policies require.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for full details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.
6. Returns & Refunds
See the Refund Policy. As a global policy, you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions in that policy.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by a licensed third-party provider. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. SIRR does not store full card numbers.
8. Intellectual Property
The SIRR name, logo, design language, and software are owned by SIRR. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SIRR against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. Sections that by nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection venues in your country of residence.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
