1. Where We Ship
SIRR Market ships to Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC region (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.
2. Delivery Times
- Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- UAE: 4–8 business days.
- Other GCC: 5–9 business days.
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
Some products ship from our global fulfillment partners. Estimated arrival is shown at checkout per product (typically 7–10 business days). Times exclude weekends, public holidays, and customs delays outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Rates depend on destination and weight and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds (where applicable):
- Saudi Arabia: free shipping on orders over 200 SAR.
- UAE: free shipping on orders over 300 SAR.
- Other GCC: free shipping on orders over 400 SAR.
4. Customs & Duties
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by SIRR at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also view tracking inside the SIRR app under "My Orders".
6. Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship at your expense, or a refund minus the original shipping fee.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a tracked package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and either replace the order or refund you.
