These Terms govern your use of the SIRR app, web app, and Market storefront, operated by Mashooque Ali LLC, Wyoming, USA. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- No spam, harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content.
- No impersonation, scraping, reverse-engineering, or bypassing security.
- No commercial use of the chat side of SIRR without written permission.
- You retain ownership of content you post and grant SIRR a limited licence to host and display it to operate the Service.
4. SIRR Market
Products are sold by SIRR or by independent third-party Sellers as indicated on the listing. Prices include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by licensed third-party providers. Subscription fees, where applicable, renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The SIRR name, logo, and software are owned by SIRR. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend access for breach.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer-protection rights.
